In Memory of Robert Blyskosz

Over the Winter Break, Forest Hill lost an important member of the community. Robert Blyskosz was a member of the school’s caretaking staff. On January 2, 2018, he was tragically killed in a car accident.

Robert grew up in Toronto, attending Western Technical & Commercial School. Being the second of three brothers, Robert was part of a very caring, close-knit family. He dedicated the last 3 years to making FHCI a better environment for students. His friendly presence will be remembered, along with all his hard work.

A book of condolences can be found in the guidance office, which will be delivered at the end of next week to the Blyskosz family. Students are encouraged to write messages to share with the family of our caretaker.

This tragedy should come as a reminder for students to be safe while driving. Never drive drunk, text, or drive distracted. Be responsible drivers and help spare the lives of innocent people.

We thank Robert for everything he did for our school. He will be greatly missed.
