Holland-Bloorview Rehabilitation Hospital

Volunteer at Holland-Bloorview!

Holland-Bloorview is Canada’s largest pediatric rehabilitation hospital, and is now looking for volunteers for the school year programs (Sep – June).

Volunteers will get the chance to assist children with disabilities in learning, sports, and other activities.

Volunteers must be:

  • Over 16 yrs of age
  • Have one day per week available to volunteer

Location: Holland Bloorview Hospital (150 Kilgour Rd.)

Eco Fair at the Barns!

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 3RD

This is a fair that helps inform others about ways to help out our environment. Volunteer for this event and participate in a great cause! Some positions are welcoming guests, organizing the auction, setting up the event, host activities, and much more. There are different shift times throughout the day ranging from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Attend this workshop in order to have a better understanding of what career is best for you after high school or post-secondary education, and which path is best to take in order to obtain your employment goals. This is a 3 day interactive workshop led by a Career expert.

Children’s Basketball Program!

OCTOBER 10 – DECEMBER 12, 2019

The Jr.NBA children’s basketball program is looking for dedicated, basketball-passionate individuals to help with their practices.

Practices held on Thursdays

(AGES 5-6) 4:00 – 5:00 PM

(AGES 7-9) 5:00 – 6:00 PM 

Note: If older than 17, a Police Reference Check is required
